If you were in Middle Earth....
If I were any creature of middle earth, I’d be a dwarf. I am loyal to the core, probably stubborn in the best way, and someone who shows up when it really matters. I’ve got grit, humor, and a love for good company. For me, beer is the life of the Dwarf — hearty laugh, strong spirit, and a mug always in hand, celebrating friendship as much as the drink itself.
My axe would be named Stonebreaker – forged to crush through rock and foes alike.

I’ve known Aden long enough to have plenty of stories I probably shouldn’t tell here. Aden has been like a brother to me over the last 20 plus years. I’m excited to celebrate Aden and Elise on their special day.

One of my favorite memories is playing the Super Mario Bros All Stars series on the Super Nintendo circa 1997 and forcing you to be Mario and Me to be Luigi and then dressing up as Mario & Luigi for Halloween (several times) Lol! Our Halloween costumes were always fun too. Bob and Larry etc.

My favorite memory we share would definitely be the Keweenaw trip. Exploring nature, avoiding certain death at the paws of wildlife. Wading through freezing cold water to visit sacred burial sites. And driving for hours listening to the Silmarillion on audiobook. Cheers to more road trips in the future. It was truly breath taking. May all your journeys and wanderings be even more magical.

So many memories that I cherish with you, it’s hard to pick a favorite. Hanging out playing Animal Crossing, watching movies and shows over Google Meet, and of course our time at GCU (Lope’s Up!)!! I think if I had to pick a favorite, though, it would be when you introduced me to Hocus Pocus during a spooky movie Halloween night when we were roommates my last semester at GCU. Or maybe our trip to the Grand Canyon when you did my senior pics!
